HOW IT WORKS :

Glandless pump:- is designed vertically. Liquid from the suction line passes through impeller to the discharge line with the required flow and head / pressure. While excess liquid enter the rear plate cover – and is diverted back to the mothertank through overflow outlet arrangements. Hence, the design ensures total solution of leakage problem. The motor assembly is also protected against damages due to leakage of liquid. Glandless pumps ensures ensures excellent performance while handling corrosive and hazardous chemicals.

SPECIAL FEATURES :

  •     Chemical Resistant : All contact parts are made from          polypropylene with PTFE sealing-rings. Provides excellent          resistance to corrosive & hazardous chemical liquids like          HCL, H2so4 (30% to 80%), HNO3. The pumps are Specially          designed to handle nearly all corrosives and erosives easily          and efficiently contnuous and intermitent service.
  •     High temperature service : Maximum woriking temperature is          110o c.
  •     Bearing free design for handling abrassive in solutions.
  •     Motors are flange mounted Single or Three phase TEFC from          1 HP to 20 HP.
  •     No metal in contact with solution. No danger of corrosion or          contamination.
  •     All models operate at 1450 rpm / 2900 rpm (variable speed          motors available ).
  •     Dynamically balanced impeller made from glass- filled          reinforced engineered plastic.
